Joined the Thursday jam and everyone was so warm and welcoming. Great fun playing with improvisers I had never met before. Everything just flowed. Total YES! And...

The world would be a kinder, more peaceful place if we followed the improv rules in every interaction: make everyone else look good; have everyone else's back; respond with agreement by saying "Yes...and..."

Every member of the group feels supported enough to take risks. I could not ask for a more welcoming and supportive group of improvisers to learn and laugh alongside, making Reflex classes the highlights of each week.

Reflex Improv provides a safe and fun way to learn ways of improv, and I look forward to class each week. Classes build on skills, while honoring both newbies and veterans. After the first class, I slept better than I have in months. I'm hooked!
